Portugal mainland and Spain, normal service - Delivery to the indicated address by specialized courier services within an average term of 3/5 working days from the date of payment confirmation and if the article/s is/are available, 5€

Portugal mainland, urgent service - Delivery to the indicated address by specialized courier services within an average term of 1/2 working days from the date of payment confirmation and if the article/s is/are available, 6,5 €

Portugal Islands - Envios por correio registado num prazo médio de 5/10 dias úteis a partir da data de confirmação do pagamento e se o/os artigo/os estiverem disponíveis, 6€

EU Countries - Shipments by courier service with an average term of 3/8 working days from the date of payment confirmation and if the article/s is/are available, 9€. The term may vary according to the destination country.

NOTE: Orders received after 5pm will be validated on the next business day. In promotions, sales or Christmas seasons we do not guarantee deliveries within the indicated deadlines. All orders are subject to possible extraordinary delays due to external reasons such as holidays, strikes, accidents or other situations not described.

Free Shipping

Shipping costs offer if your order includes non-discounted item worth more than 50€ for Portugal and Spain, or more than 80€ for EU countries.

Product Exchanges

For purchases made online you can make an exchange or return until 30 days after the shipping date. The shipping costs are borne by BEBAU in the first exchange or return of each order. In subsequent exchanges or returns all shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except for defective items. To exchange or return a product, it is necessary to send a message to comercial@bebau.pt to make this request. In the message you must indicate: the order number, the invoice number, the item you want to exchange and the item you want to be sent. It is also necessary that you indicate the address and date that best suits you to pick it up. Place your item in its original packaging with labels and without any trace of use. Make sure that the package in which you send us the item is in proper condition to be handled and is properly closed. When we receive your order at our facilities we will process it within an average of 5 working days - this period may be longer during sales, promotions or Christmas season. In case of return, the value of postage will not be credited, only the value of the items will be returned. The return will be made by a credit for use in bebau.pt or the same method of payment you chose (indicate the IBAN if the payment was made by transfer or ATM). Any refund will only be done to the account that originated the purchase. The return of values may take up to 10 working days, depending on the banks respective processing.

NOTES:
We do not accept exchanges or returns of customized or modified products;
We do not accept exchanges or returns of products that show any sign of use;
We do not accept exchanges or returns of items purchased in BEBAU resale stores.
These exchanges must be made with the stores where they were bought.
